Account: To use the Affintus service, users are required to register their account by providing the following details: (1) Name (2) Address (3) E-mail which is your Username (4) Password. We store your password data in encrypted form.
Cookies: When you click “Remember me” in Login form, we store your account information in encrypted form in a small file containing a string of characters – to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser.
Passwords are selected by users or automatically assigned by the Affintus application and should not be given to any other person (other than other authorized users, either temporarily or permanently). Users are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of passwords. Passwords should not be stored in locations that are easily accessible to others. Users agree to notify Affintus immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized use of user’s password(s) or account.
The only key personal information that we store about users is E-Mail address which is also the user’s Login ID. We do not sell/disclose/distribute e-mail address to third-parties under any circumstances.
By using the service, users agree to allow Affintus to anonymously use information to continue Affintus’ research and development of the job matching questionnaire and job matching services, as well as to improve the service. Any information collected will be on an aggregate basis, and no personally identifiable information will be gathered or used for such research and development.

We take appropriate security measures to protect Affintus against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store user data. We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.
In order to safeguard user data, we automate multiple data backups that may contain account information. All the backups are securely stored using encryption.
